As many of you already know,. The aim was, and still is, to create an opportunity for rural folk to come together for a brain and body workshop. We have a strong focus on mental health awareness and our guest speakers are hand picked to reflect themes of the time and to shine a light on personal stories of adversity.
This will be our 5th year coming up and the events will be held in Trundle on Thursday Feb 20 and Bedgerebong on Friday Feb 21, 2020 (you might like to work your calendar around these events.)
In the meantime, have a think about joining the folk behind Grease and Oil Change on a weekend away. We’re taking a trip and would love you to join us at this year’s NSW Rural Women’s Gathering in Walcha. It is on November 1 – 3, 2019. Accommodation has been booked for 10 women at the Walcha Royal Cafe, we are taking a couple of cars and the events are all HERE for you to check out. (The idea is that you book in for those events that suit you best – and there are loads to choose from!)
Each person will pay their own way, it’s just that we thought doing it as a group would be lots of fun, and under the Grease and Oil Change banner seems fitting.
To express your interest, please contact Melissa Brown – who is a co-organiser of the Grease and Oil Change events – either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or on her mobile 0437134087.
Ya’ll have a great week,
